frozen, ice
piercing.
the ceiling burns,
the floor is damp.
the wall, inching in,
mind swirls.
asteroid seventeen,
comet in blaze.
the knob is locked,
windows shut.
frozen and burnt.
frigid and hot.
mind empties.
mind festered like old sore.
